"Support was quick, really quick"
I had an issue with my login and thought it was going to take forever to sort out. But the support team got back to me fast, like really fast. They explained everything in a simple way, and I had it fixed the same day. It was just nice, really nice, to get actual help instead of being sent in circles.

"Cancellation was easy, but keep your confirmation"
I cancelled without any hassle and, thankfully, there were no weird billing issues afterward. Just a heads up to anyone else doing it: make sure you save the cancellation confirmation so you have proof if anything comes up later.

"Pretty much no lag on my end"
It feels quick, quick enough that I don’t really notice any annoying input lag while using it.

"really smooth streaming for me"
i’ve had a good experience with Blacknut so far. games load fast enough, and the stream stays steady most of the time. i expected way more lag, but it runs surprisingly well on my laptop. i did get one quick freeze, but it sorted itself out after a few seconds. for just hopping in and playing without downloading anything, it’s been working really well for me...

I’ve been using Blacknut on my laptop, phone, and smart TV, and it work well on all of them. I really like not having to download huge games on every device. Switching from one screen to another is simple too. So far, I’m happy with it

"Xbox controller support feels a bit inconsistent"
I’ll admit I’m a little biased because I almost always prefer playing with an Xbox controller, so this stood out to me right away. When it connects properly, it works fine, but a few games either don’t recognize it at all or the button mapping feels off. It’s not a dealbreaker, but it gets frustrating when I just want to jump in and play without messing around with settings.

"Pretty easy to get going!"
Setting up Blacknut was simple. I didn’t have to fiddle with much, the app installed without any drama, and logging in was quick too. I was a little lost at first trying to figure out where everything was, but after poking around for a few minutes it made sense. Not flawless, but definitely not difficult either... overall, setup was decent.

"Solid for everyday gaming"
I’ve been using Blacknut for a bit and it’s been reliable overall. Most games load up without much hassle, and I dont run into many cut outs. There’s been a little lag now and then, but nothing that really ruined the game for me. It’s nice being able to just open it up and start playing without overthinking it

We’ve been using Blacknut with the kids, the parental controls are easy to figure out. I started to worry it would be a whole thing to manage, but it’s not. It’s nice being able to set limits without having to make a big deal out of it every time

"Great pick for family game nights"
I’ve been happy with this overall. There are plenty of games included for the price, and it’s been a fun option for the family to play together. It’s not perfect, but for what we paid, I definitely feel like it was worth keeping.

"Plenty of games to keep me busy"
There’s a really nice mix of games here, so I don’t get bored easily. Not every single one is perfect, but that doesn’t bother me much since there’s always something else fun to try.
